Every clinic location, what can be booked at each, and which ones actually carry the volume. Built from three systems that do not agree with each other: the Bookly booking engine, the Google Ads account, and the public website.
Bookly offers seven services. Advertising is almost entirely one of them. Every town campaign sells the Group 2 driver medical, the single DVLA D4 exam that HGV, LGV, PCV, C1, D1, lorry, bus, coach and minibus drivers all sit. The other six services are national-only, and two are not advertised at all.

The long tail is the account's main inefficiency. The bottom 38 locations that still produce bookings cost more per booking than the top 12, because each is too small for Google's bidding to learn from.
